Website design and redesign for small businesses.

You hesitate before sending people to your website. It’s hard to change, and customers can’t order or book on it without picking up the phone. We do website design for small business, whether that’s a website redesign or a new site with checkout, booking and ordering built in.

Bespoke fixes for owner-run businesses, each one designed around your problem and the way your business actually works.

From $4,500. One fixed price, agreed before we start.

Who it’s for

Owner-run businesses of about 5 to 50 people that have outgrown spreadsheets, paper, too many apps or an old site.

This fix is for the old site: the business has grown, and the website hasn’t kept up.

What’s included

  • A site you’re proud to send people to, designed around your business
  • Or a redesign of the site you have
  • Checkout, booking and ordering built in, where your customers need them
  • Brand marks, logos and merch, if the brand needs work too
  • Hosting, backups and security updates once it’s live, on the care plan

What it costs

Rebuild the website
from $4,500
Care plan
$450 a month

One fixed price, agreed before we start. You get it once we understand the problem, before anything is designed or built.

The care plan covers hosting, backups, security updates and up to 4 hours of improvements every month, month to month.

How we work

  1. Understand. You tell us the problem. Within 3 business days a designer reaches out, asks the right questions and sees how the work really gets done.
  2. Frame. We pin down what’s really slowing you down, the right solution, and one fixed price.
  3. Solution. We design and build it, whether that’s an automated workflow, a bespoke tool, a website or an app. We find the right fit for the problem, not the other way around. Most solutions are live in 2 to 8 weeks.
  4. Keep it running. The care plan looks after it and keeps it getting better.

Nothing gets designed or built until we understand the problem. That’s design thinking, without the jargon.
